The Sternum stick is fully adjustable, extremely lightweight with a telescopic design ensuring it never has to leave your bag.
Use a Sternum Stick to:
- Prevent your wrists becoming too active during your stroke
- Stop any potential arm movement away from your body during your stroke
- Identify any arm movement towards your body during your stroke
- Build a much more consistent putting stroke
